Founder

A software engineer and MBA (IIT Roorkee), Sanjay started his professional journey in the banking sector. He worked in public and private sector banks for a few years across a gamut of challenging roles.

He then switched gears to explore his creative side and launched his tryst with cinema/television as a Chief Asst. Director for ESPN’s sports documentary series ‘Travelling with the Pros’.

Next on the cards was a production role at Prime Focus, among the world’s largest independent integrated media services companies.

In 2013, he enrolled at the prestigious FTII, Pune (Film and Television Institute of India) to hone his filmmaking skills.

For the past five years, he has essayed roles in direction and cinematography, and is also an accomplished photographer. He has considerable experience in advertising and corporate films.

At StudioWorks, Sanjay heads the production functions of direction, cinematography and scripting.
